What the gallery collects when you write to us, how that information is kept, and how to ask us to change or remove it.
The contact form on this site asks for your full name, email address, an optional phone number, the type of request, an optional preferred date, optional notes, and an optional tick to join the seasonal catalogue list. Nothing else is requested, and no account is created.
Your message and email address are read so we can answer your enquiry about a walk-through, a studio visit, the seasonal catalogue or a print edition. If you tick the catalogue box, your email is kept for the four yearly catalogue mailings. We do not sell or share contact details with third parties.
When a form is sent, the handler writes the submitted values, the submission time, the form identifier, the page language and the source query string to a local log at /private/submissions.jsonl on the site server. There is no automatic deletion schedule: entries stay in that log until the site owner removes them by hand.
You can ask to see the information held about you, have it corrected, request a copy in a portable format, withdraw consent for the catalogue list, or ask for the entry to be deleted. Write to us and we will act on the request. Visitors in the EU and California have these rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively.
This policy describes only what the gallery actually does. There are no hidden trackers, no invented endorsements, no claims of official affiliation and no guaranteed outcomes attached to any enquiry. If something here is unclear, ask before you send anything you would rather not share.
